At A-8969 OUNCE TRAVEL, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Free Cancellation:
You may cancel your Private Ephesus Tour free of charge if you inform us at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour date.

Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the tour or in case of a no-show, A-8969 OUNCE TRAVEL reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee using the credit card details provided as a guarantee.

Health-Related or Serious Issues:
If cancellation is required due to serious illness, injury, or other important health-related problems, and you inform us at least 72 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Credit Card Guarantee:
The credit card details you provide are used only as a guarantee for your reservation. No amount will be charged in advance. The full tour payment will be made in cash (USD, EUR, or TRY) to your tour guide on the day of the tour, either at pickup or at the end of the tour.

Cancellation Request:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed by A-8969 OUNCE TRAVEL.
